Nonimmigrant Visas
Temporary work visas
Our office handles all types of nonimmigrant (temporary) visas for business, pleasure, school, exchange, and work. The immigration laws of the United States provide options for temporary or permanent employment in the United States. Temporary visas, which can be for a period of several years, are called "nonimmigrant visas." A basic "thumb nail" sketch of the more common options follows:
