Nonimmigrant Visas
L Intracompany Transferees
These visas are for people who have been employed abroad for a year or more by a company which is affiliated with an American company. Companies often use these visas to transfer international managers, executives and persons with specialized knowledge to the U.S. on a temporary basis. The qualifications are approximately the same as the permanent option, EB-1.3 International Managers and Executives.
