Fast Track Green Cards
Can I work while my EB-1 or EB-2 case is pending?
In some circumstances you may work in the U.S., provided you have a nonimmigrant visa which will permit you to do so. This is often important where an alien wants to work while his or her fast track green card is being processed. There are a number of nonimmigrant options for temporary work in the United States.
