Fast Track Green Cards

Nurses and Physical Therapists

Because of the nursing shortage, registered nurses (with either a Bachelor's or an Associate's degree) enjoy a more streamlined green card (permanent residence) process than most other professions. Registered nurses who are graduates of a United States nursing school or a foreign nursing school can qualify for a green card without going through labor certification if certain requirements are met.

Our office can help guide you through the necessary steps to get a green card. By filling out the following short questionnaire, we can make an initial determination as to whether you may qualify for a green card. Once you have submitted the information, please contact our office to set up an initial consultation.
