Fast Track Green Cards

How can I find out if I have a good case?

Most people want to know two things before deciding to hire an attorney to obtain a fast track green card:

  1. Does their case have any potential for one of the following classifications?
  2. What are the chances for a successful case?

    For those who would like to know if we feel their case has potential for one or more of the fast track options, we offer a Potential Evaluation at no charge. If you would like to have a potential evaluation, please email us a copy of your resume and request a Potential Evaluation. We can be reached at learned@msu.edu. Our potential evaluation will tell you whether or not you may qualify for one or more of these fast track categories and which one may be the best option. We may ask your for additional information in order to make a better judgement of your potential.

    We also offer a comprehensive analysis with a Detailed Success Evaluation which will list your strong points and weak points, what documentation will be required to build a successful case and what we think are your chances for success (such as a 75-80% chance or a 95% chance) for a well-prepared case. We look at facts of the client's case, and evaluate it in the light of the language of the statutes, regulations and administrative or court cases. We then provide a detailed opinion of the chances for success, the documents which will be needed, how the case should be prepared, and the fees which would be involved for legal representation. We will quote you a fee for a Detailed Success Evaluation based upon information we get from you. The fee paid for this evaluation is credited against the fees for handling the case in the event that the client decides to retain us.
